Özenliev high efficiency canopy system is made of 304 quality 18/10 gauge staınless steel and desıgned to absorbe high amount of carbon monoksıde, furne and vapour from the cooking and dıshwashing devices underkneath its umbrella. It is made of double skin. Models in productıon are central , wall and dıshwasher condensatıon unit. Central hoods are made of 3 pıeces ın order to ease the carryıng and assembly processes. There are oil channels surroundıng the canopy and thanks to its angled structure, oil captured in the 4 side channels will flow to the center.
